Step five. Once all the participants have finished visiting each station, invite them to sit down in the centre of the room and complete their report sheets. These include questions such as was it easy to use?, would you use it again?, who would this be useful for? The host points to the first station and asks the participants for feedback about the product on that station. Facilitators can bring roving microphones for those who want to provide feedback. This moment can be filmed with permission. A note taker can capture the discussion at the same time. This is repeated with each station and technology in turn.
