Step two. Next the ‘technology testers’. It is important to have a good mix of people at each table. For example, don’t allocate all doctors to one table. At each table you need at least one person from the primary user group such as an older person, or person living with dementia. If someone from the target group comes with a caregiver and they wish to sit together that is fine. Leave a few spare chairs for people who turn up on the day.
