Step three. Each person in turn describe the product that they love and why. They are asked to share why they got it?, where did they get it?, was it a gift or self-purchase? If a gift, who from? What do they think of it? Why do they like it? The scribe records this information. Once everyone has described their loved item, the process is repeated with their abandoned item. This information is recorded on a second sheet for ‘abandoned items’.
