Step one. For Scavenger Hunt you need to set up tables around the room to act as technology stations. Each station has a different technology and is staffed by a demonstrator. The demonstrator can be from the company behind the technology. If the Scavenger Hunt is being run by a service provider, it can be someone from their team demonstrating technology that they have available for their clients. If the Scavenger Hunt is being organised by researchers, then the demonstrators can be from the research team.
